I know exactly what you mean. Different aftershaves remind me of different times. Aftershaves I wore when going out with ex birds, are never worn, as they have too many sh1t memories

Actually, it has been proven that smell is the longest lasting type of memory, even more than visual or auditive things, which all makes sense as we are mammals.
