God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I'll say it again, God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I don't believe in magic, I don't believe in I-ching, I don't believe in bible, I don't believe in tarot, I don't believe in Hitler, I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in Kennedy, I don't believe in Buddha, I don't believe in mantra, I don't believe in Gita, I don't believe in yoga, I don't believe in kings, I don't believe in Elvis, I don't believe in Zimmerman, I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me!!
I'm at work right now, so I'm just wearing what was comfortable when I bought it 5 years ago, relaxed jeans, short sleeve button up, champion shoes with grass stains.
CMM I still can't believe how much weight you've lost and kept off, good work man.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Need to buy me one of those Mick sneers
I'm sporting my Charlie zellonoff wear today....but the chin strap for my helmut broke
Chucks, old vans, flips on low key days and boots during the week.....have to own 100 black, white T's ...and finally got reaquainted with Levis...hate monkey suits and status fashion with a passion
Anything that doesn't have logos. I'm currently wearing a pair of hemp shorts and a hemp t shirt because it's more comfortable than cotton but it's only chainstore price level stuff. I can still get away with jeans when I go out and I never go anywhere that needs a suit these days although I did wear one at a wedding last weekend. It still fits too which is nice.
EDIT : as you can see from the picture I could lose a few pounds.
I pretty much have that philosophy, though I do relent a little when it comes to footwear. Everything else though, nobody would have a clue. One of the things I enjoy about living away from the UK is not being a slave to other people's expectations of me. I really don't give a shit about any of that anymore and wear what I will because I want to; except for footwear.

When you get to 40 you just want comfortable shoes.
Comfortable clothes too, fashion kinda takes a back seat. I'm getting to the age when I'm going to be walking past Greenwoods* and see some practical jacket and think, oooh, they've got it in beige, and it's got a hood that zips into the collar. And they sell trousers with elasticated waistbands too, I'll have to have a look inside! I think I'll just go and kill myself.
*A northern English firm of gentlemens' outfitters for the mature gentleman, for the uninitiated. My uncle John, god rest his soul used to go there to buy a new flat cap every couple of years when I was young. They don't have a website surprisingly so you can't see their magnificent merchandise. I'm guessing most of their customers don't get on the internet much.![]()
Thanks for noticing...
Yeah, it's been a little over a year now.
But I stopped working out for several months after I had my scare and wound up in the hospital.
However I never stopped eating healthy so in part that helped out.
I just recently about 2 months now got back into working out. I'm down to 173-175 lbs. I'm working on my "stubborn" areas just can't shake off the last few lbs. off around my waist. But still working on them with cardio.
I also just started working on weight lifting to get a little muscle on my biceps not too much but just enough to look fit.
As someone (and you know) who was heading in the top's 205 lbs. I can tell you that it's do-able as long as you dedicate the time to it and eat well. I feel great today, the clothes I buy now are either Medium or Small I gave a lot of shirts away that we're Large because I didn't like the fit. I feel great and the more I see that I'm getting fitter the more I'm encouraged to continue. I recommend it Killer, I do man...
