Cotto aint a 154 fighter for my money why is he fighting there?

its jsut one fight, he's moving back downs traight after, possibly to fight the winner of berto/quintana.

don't know where you got your info from,, but from what i've heard it's the opposite, if he beats Foreman he's probably gonna either retire or try and fight the winner of Williams/Cintron at 154

Cotto will get beat at 154 imo by the top boys, I think he will have his hands full with Foreman he will probably win a close but clear ud with a few shaky moments.

doubt very much Foreman hurts Cotto, he only managed to rattle Santos around due to the dramatic weight loss
