One thing that struck me as very suspicious was when Shane was talking about the USADA style testing about 2/3 through the episode. He seemed very lethargic and was unable to put his words together fluently.

No No not the part where Floyd is berating him at the press conferences. The part where the USADA people are in big bear and Mosley is explaining hwo he doesn't mind the testing. He sounds agitated in the instance you're referring too.
