Agree he would be better off using his brain but f8ck it i wanna see a Earl/Katsidis type of war unfold at some stage
No question mate i'd love to see both of them stand toe to toe, for 36 minutes. But i just think Kevin Mitchell has improved as a boxer, and his boxing skills will really shine here.

As i said thats not to say it will be a bad fight, it can't be you have Michael Katisidis who is basically like the modern day Arturo Gatti, and Kevin Mitchell who isn't afraid of a scrap.

But as you see against another dangerous puncher in Breidis Prescott, he realized he couldn't stand toe to toe. So he used angles, moved well. And engaged when he wanted to.

I don't think Michael Katisidis will allow Kevin Mitchell to box like that, because Michael Katisidis is a better pressure fighter. So he will force Kevin Mitchell to fight in spots, but overall Kevin Mitchell's quicker handspeed and boxing skills will be the difference.

Shame im not still in London otherwise, i'd really be up for seeing this.

agree with that

mitchells gotta box with his head and not his heart. Dont allow the contest at any point to turn into a fight and neutralise your opponents short comings on the front foot just like he did with prescott.

I just dont see it happening though, at some point they are both gonna start throwing bombs and neither will relent. Mitchell-johannsen could of been an easy nights work for kev but instead he chose to try and blow his man out of there and got caught a fair few times.

Either way i just see mitchell being too smart for kats, going with the late stoppage
