heres a couple to set things off

    my top 5 books
    1 mindhunter by john douglas
2 muhammad ali his life & times by Thomas Hauser
3 dark trade:lost in boxing by Donald McRae
4 the guvnor by lenny mclean
5 helter skelter by Vincent Bugliosi and Curt Gentry

    my top 5 meals
1 beef roast with yourkshire pudding
    2 spaghetti meatballs
    3 steak & chips
    4 cheese burger & chips
    5 hawaiin pizza
Read that Lenny mcClean book. I Think they take liberties with the truth. Doesnt mention the big guy who worked in the scrapyard who done him up twice. Forget his name. You'll find it in the comments on youtube after one of his fights were he beats a guy of about 50 senseless. Also mentions working with a guy who wasnt much of a scrapper and the guy was Dan McAlinden the former british heavyweight champion. Cant remember his exact words but they werent too flattering on his Doorwork which is balls as anyone who knows McAlinden will tell you
Having said that, hes one intimidating looking dude
didnt know that, i based the book being in my top 5 when i first read it when i was alot younger i did read again & think alot was bollocks & lenny was a hypocrite. basically he can do what he wants to anyone but if anyone does anything to him his family or friends blah blah blah.
Ha ha. Your right mate. Everyone of them are liars. Read your man Roy pretty boy Shaw book and hes the same. Its all 'diabolical liberties' and 'respect' and 'slaaaaaags' and all that shit. Any fight i seen of either of them was against what i would call aul lads. Dont get me wrong, they'd pull the head of the likes of me, but if they were that good why didnt they concentrate on the pro game, you would expect them to be at least british title material if they were as good as they think they were.

I'll give you a great book to read mate. Trust me on this. The Iceman by phillip carlo. Its about a freelance mafia hitman who operated from the 60s til late 80s and will scare the balls of you. you think McCleans scary? Look into the eyes of richard kuklinski. HBO did a few specials on him
