'Green' as in not ready, not ripe, like a green tomato (yuk!) however, I can see how the term 'Green' links with the term 'Ripe' as in ready for the taking... Which is a bit silly, but there you go.
Cute, I don't get... Maybe it's that typical manly approach to anything overly clever as being a bit gay
