I'm not saying Adamek is unbeatable, I just haven't seen anything from Arreola that leads me to believe he can beat him. Adamek will outwork him and bust him up and I'm actually thinking he can stop him.

I remember years ago Wacko writing that James Toney would completely make a fool of Sam Peter.

Adamek is a better boxer sure, but he will by far the smaller and weaker man in the ring.

Also, he himself has only fought one top fighter, in Chad Dawson, and he was comfortably outboxed. He scored a flash knockdown but aside from that it was a landslide win for Chad.

I don't think this is a world class cruiserweight who is moving up. He's a solid enough fighter but nothing exceptional.

I think Chris can just overwhelm him.
Bilbo i told you before that wasn't no flash knockdown, Chad Dawson was clearly stunnned by that knockdown. And lost the remaining rounds after that knockdown, so it clearly was more than just a flash knockdown.

By the way James Toney did outbox Samuel Peter in there 1st meeting but was robbed, he was in horrible shape for the rematch. He come in even heavier for the 2nd fight, which is why he lost. Tomasz Adamek is a well conditioned fighter nothing like James Toney in that respect.

You could argue he should have got the decision but it was in no way a robbery. It was case of the precision punching coming from Toney but the workrate coming from Sam Peter, a situation I can absolutely see being replicated on Saturday night.

I'm not suggesting for a second that Arreola is a better boxer than Adamek, but he is a much bigger and stronger man, and that kind of power could easily reduce Adamek's workrate and offensive output considerably.

Adamek may have to adopt a hit and move strategy and Arreola, despite looking like a cave troll from Moria might be able to press the action enough to pick up many rounds on workrate alone.

My guess is that this could easily to go to the cards with Adamek having a better punch connection rate but Arreola simply throwing more and the decision being split down the middle in terms of what you like.

Just because Arreola is crude doesn't mean he won't pose significant problems for Adamek due to his size and power.

I'm taking Arreola to win this fight on the cards.
