WTF so negotiations take a lot out of fighters now? He hardly took a lot of punishment in either of his last two fights. If he's serious about cleaning up the division and retiring by the time he's 31 then he needs to stop screwing about and sign up to fight a Klit

Hahaha the negotiations line is GREAT!
I now know what excuse I will use for Floyd if Mosley beats him. Those Pacquiao negotiations took to much out of him, it was obvious he returned to the ring much to soon.
He took the 2 easiest fights possible and pulled out of the 2 hardest, give him a break that takes a lot out of a guy![]()

What amazes me about the Klitschko/Haye thing is that Klitschko did sooo much talking beforehand and then had shots at BOTH Klitschkos. So he backed out of both, he's human he's allowed to. But to STILL talk shit, say they are scared (it's obvious they're not) and keep yapping is borderlinne indefensible. It's crazy people get so caught up in either hating or liking a guy tht facts tend to blind them. When you back out of 2 fights then say negotiating 2 fights (Booth said it but w/e) took a lot out is nonsense. But Bitschko rhymes![]()

That sounds like Booth was asked a question about who's next for Haye and he politely was saying he don't know.
Where's the rest Skel?
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
To be fair Haye is kind of embarrassing but if he knocks out Wlad he instantly becomes the greatest human being ever.

According to trainer and manager of Haye, Adam Booth - who informed Gareth. A Davies of Telegraph Sport that his fighter has "no interest" in a fight with the New Yorker - the idea of such a fight should not even be taken seriously.
"I'm surprised it has even been taken seriously even on a website," Booth said disparagingly.
So, who will Haye, fresh off his exciting 9th-round stoppage of a game John Ruiz, look to fight next now that "The Cannon" is out of the picture? Somewhat depressingly, Booth says Haye has no upcoming opponent in mind at all, and that the 29-year-old will instead look to take a break from fighting.
"We are not considering anything or any opponents at the moment," Booth went on. "None whatsoever. We want to let everything settle, the last year was quite busy with negotiations for four world title fights, two of which have now taken place, and David is now going to take a well-earned rest."
So, it appears as though Wladimir Klitschko's own recent calling out of Haye (via a well publicised You Tube message) will also not be answered any time soon. How long, though, will Haye's "well-earned rest" last? Let's face it, for a primed and peaking warrior such as "The Hayemaker," a schedule that has consisted of just two fights since November of 2008 is not one that should have caused any problems. Yet now Booth is telling us Haye will take a break. Add to this the promise Haye has made of how he will retire at the age of 31, and it looks like the exciting heavyweight puncher may only been seen in the ring on a further two or three occasions at the most.
If Haye really does want to face Wladimir Klitschko, for the "Real" heavyweight championship, what is he waiting for? Turning down Briggs is one thing, but fighting no-one else instead, at least for the time being, is not something that will sit well with the fans. Especially when Haye declared himself, not too long ago, as being the saviour of the heavyweight division!
...I want you people who give me a hard time about all the posts I made calling this dude out to tell me I was wrong to do so. Tell me all the stuff I posted about the Yellow Pride of England was wrong!

Isnt that what managers always say about their fighters?
That they are getting a rest and etc and boxers say that too.
Usually after a fight they get asked who they want next they usually say "Thats up to my promoters right now im gonna take a rest and relax"
And stuff like that, so it doesnt sound any different to me when a promoter says their fighter is resting before they pick other fighters for them to fight, unless something has changed and they are automatically ready for another fight after a training camp and title defense.
