At the outset Team Haye were making sure publicly that they wouldn't accept less than a 50/50 split. Negotiations started last Thursday between Booth and the Klitschko camp.
David Haye is on holiday and Booth always handles the negotiations.

As for the original article - looks like its 'sour grapes' by Mr. Davies as Booth didn't give him the exclusive that he was hoping for. Skysports news will be the 1st to know, not some London broadsheet.
Negotiations must be going pretty well as no news after a week.
