If he was going to return, he should have done it years ago, if he's planning on coming back as a welter, there are some other old wash outs he could fight, but he gets nothing relevant to come back to. He'd be tiny at welter.

Pac isn't tiny at welterweight, has been very active and is still relatively young.

Tsyzu as great as he was shouldn't come back and hopefully won't. It's a silly idea.
