Along with the idea you should be getting up at stupid o clock in the morning, flooding your body with stress hormones and plodding off on some catabolic long distance slog of a run it's another thing that needs to fuck off and leave modern fighters alone!

they did the same tests on a female boxer the next season and the outcome was the same.
I think coaches would do it to stop fighters going out and fooling around all the time instead of training/sleeping right etc
