ahaha I KNOW! It's crazy I always wondered if it was just me who had that type of discomfort on the bike. Anyone got an explanation? I used to alternate the jump rope and the bike at the start warming up but now I rarely use the bike.

LOL This is so funny because I had the same thing as well after long exercise bike sessions.... It feels really numb and fuzzy and kind of "useless" for about 20 minutes.... It does feel kind of disturbing, especially the first time it happened... I'm about to run a google search on it which may be interesting..

It looks like it's a common enough problem that bicycle seat companies are using it (or lack of it) as a selling point for their seats...

I have a bike at home and I get it as well.
I like it, the only piece of equipment I use regularly.
I used to get the same sensation from climbing rope at school back in the day.
It made me overcome my fear of heights.
