There were 2 accidental headbutts and one that looked bad and was damaging but was also accidental and even then one headbutt can't get you a DQ. They could have taken 5 points from Ward and he still would have won. And a 5 point penalty would have been excessive. Edison Miranda tried to headbutt AA's face off and he only got deducted like 2 points.
