How can someone that trains so much have a depressingly wobbly body? How is it possible?

Depends on what kind of training i suppose...Not to mention the nasty MMA word on the main board but look at Roy Nelson the guy has a stomach that makes Arreola look ripped but man he can fight and he has great stamina...
