Oscar's legacy will be by far the greater. Years from now I can see his Holy depiction in stained glass windows, his sacred image in churches throughout Mexico.

His pearly white teeth will become Holy Relics said to form themselves into a golden smile, fortelling victory for future Mexican boxers.

People will flock to Mexico City (not caring he was born in the US) to touch the statue of his Holy hands and to be restored.

In Brazil, Rio de Janero's statue of Christ the Redeemer will be melted down, in it's place Oscar the Golden Boy.

Prophets will consult scripture, looking for clues as to the date of his return and judgement.

In heaven a DNA test will show Jesus to be the son of Joseph, not God, his disinheritance making way for the Golden Boy to take his place as the Son of Man and true Lord of Hosts.
