Because I'm viewing his cruiserweight acomplishents as well. Name me a single other fighter who has been an undisputed world champ unifying the belts in one division, and then moved up and won a world title in the next weight class up, and who WASN'T in the p4p as a result?
What you're basically arguing is that J M Marquez shouldn't be in the p4p because his last fight was at welter and he clearly got dominated. If you think he deserves to be there you must do so on the basis of his acomplishments outside of welterweight, and hence your contradicting yourself.
If it's a p4p ranking, then Hayes acomplishments in the lower weight classes must count too.,
