It's a form of footwear versus walking around barefoot. I think Sultan Obama's government shouls issue a decree mandating that all southerners start wearing shoes when they're outdoors at all times. It's a health thing really, they could make it part of the new national healthcare laws.

It's footwear. It's something shoe-like on your feet. Like clogs or slippers aren't shoes but they're still stuff you wear on your feet. And tea is a big thing in America right now, especially in the south. All those southerners have started teabagging recently. Teabagging with no footwear on.
