nah mate just noticed he'd posted it on his twitter and thought it was worth a share.
Will someone with sufficient knowledge and experience PLEASE comment on this video clip so that us novices know what to make of it? Thanks :-)

Scrap: I fell for that for a month or so too!
Underneath where it says disabled is an option that you click on ..
watch on utbe.
Sometimes that option isnt there but if you ever want to watch something that is disabelled you can click real fast down in the right hand lower corner and the utube link will take you there.

I think its a good start because he is showing you how and why to think before moving and I like how he says high then low,low then high with the combos: because the opening to their reaction is always the reverse to your last shot.
Theres more, like double fast steps chasing, large pivots around your lead leg, pulling your lead leg back on a 45 and turning the hips and shoulders to where they are heading to cut them off from going out on an angle etc.
Thanks Andre. I wonder if you and others could comment on the vid that Wayne also has on his Youtube page which deals with balance and movement. It advises placing most of your weight over the front foot, therefore maximising punching power and ease of movement. Frankly, I find I can punch with more force when my weight is on the back foot. Jab- I push off front big toe and weight transfers to back foot which almost goes flat. This feels very solid to me.
Cross- push off back foot but still with weight down through that leg with hip really turning up and forward like when you throw a ball. This isn't based on any knowledge of technique, just experiments on bag. Any views? Thanks.
