I suppose it could be true, but I think the reason Floyd wasn't moving around against Mosley as much as he normally does was because he made a conscious decision to stand in front of him and be the aggressor. It worked as well, because I think that was the last thing Shane was expecting.
Obviously, if you just stand in front of someone, you will be hit more often, so I'm not going to look into the fact that he was stunned too much. If Floyd was on his bike, Shane might never have touched him.

Roach is probably just fishing for a reaction from Floyd to get the hype game going.
