I think its a good start because he is showing you how and why to think before moving and I like how he says high then low,low then high with the combos: because the opening to their reaction is always the reverse to your last shot.
Theres more, like double fast steps chasing,large pivots around your lead leg, pulling your lead leg back on a 45 and turning the hips and shoulders to where they are heading to cut them off from going out on an angle etc.

, an inch below your centre of gravity your coxxys. All over the body you have joints that seem to work better at 15 degrees, or thats there limit biomechanicaly. I,n my opinion its for the protection of the Head that this has evolved over thousands of years. Change it youre asking for trouble, your head is where it is for a reason as is everything
