Thanks Andre. I wonder if you and others could comment on the vid that Wayne also has on his Youtube page which deals with balance and movement. It advises placing most of your weight over the front foot, therefore maximising punching power and ease of movement. Frankly, I find I can punch with more force when my weight is on the back foot. Jab- I push off front big toe and weight transfers to back foot which almost goes flat. This feels very solid to me.
Cross- push off back foot but still with weight down through that leg with hip really turning up and forward like when you throw a ball. This isn't based on any knowledge of technique, just experiments on bag. Any views? Thanks.

, an inch below your centre of gravity your coxxys. All over the body you have joints that seem to work better at 15 degrees, or thats there limit biomechanicaly. I,n my opinion its for the protection of the Head that this has evolved over thousands of years. Change it youre asking for trouble, your head is where it is for a reason as is everything
