I don't have much experience in boxing or for that matter knowledge of Mr McCullogh but am keen to learn. What Wayne was advising seemed to go against my instinctive feel. Would you comment about weight over back foot when throwing a jab or cross or point me in the direction to find the answer myself. Thankyou

What you think is on the right lines. Simply you have to have control of your arsehole , an inch below your centre of gravity your coxxys. All over the body you have joints that seem to work better at 15 degrees, or thats there limit biomechanicaly. I,n my opinion its for the protection of the Head that this has evolved over thousands of years. Change it youre asking for trouble, your head is where it is for a reason as is everything
