    What you think is on the right lines. Simply you have to have control of your arsehole , an inch below your centre of gravity your coxxys. All over the body you have joints that seem to work better at 15 degrees, or thats there limit biomechanicaly. I,n my opinion its for the protection of the Head that this has evolved over thousands of years. Change it youre asking for trouble, your head is where it is for a reason as is everything

    It's very difficult to navigate through all the advice out there but instinct and feel are reliable compasses. Thankyou for your replies.
