Jab- I push off front big toe and weight transfers to back foot which almost goes flat. This feels very solid to me.
Cross- push off back foot but still with weight down through that leg with hip really turning up and forward like when you throw a ball. This isn't based on any knowledge of technique, just experiments on bag. Any views? Thanks.
