    being an elected public official, he can use government money to help people instead of using his own personal money or at least he gets some government money.

    pacmans career has already went downhill IMO after he refused to take the tests i think he will retire soon before he gets found out.

    No, it hasn't.

    With a PPV buy of about 700,000 and an arena attendance of more than 50,000 for the Pacquiao-Clottey fight, his career is better than it has ever been.
