I saw The New World the other day (I'm in an American history on film class at the moment). The cinematography was amazing, but the highly fictionalized storyline was very slow and the film lost my in the middle part. Anyone else seen it? It seems like a very polarizing film, people either love it or hate it. I was in the middle though, didn't really like it, but didn't hate it.

I watched three films over the weekend just gone.
A New Daughter, pretty shitty horror with Kevin Costner, was watchable at least
Soloman Kane, again a pretty shitty but watchable action romp.
Book of Eli, good film, really enjoyed it, pick of the three by far. Denzel still has it.
