Roach can't fix his chin. No one can.
Is it just me...or has Roach become a complete douchebag in the past few years. He thinks that because of Manny's success he is the best trainer in the sport...i beg to differ. And he regularly talks smack now...but it always just seems out of character for him. As or Khan...no question he has talent. But to this point his biggest test has been a past prime, out of his weight class, and could not see out of one eye Barrera.

On what I have just seen, there is no chance of Khan ever achieving anything Pacquiao has. Khan will be a paper belt holder and nothing more. I refuse to consider him making the top P4P divisions or even beating fighters who I don't rate all that highly, such as Victor Ortiz. Bradley would do a proper number on him.
Well, I think Khan has improved tremendously since losing to Prescott. He has a very, very good jab that can trouble anyone out there. I think he has a decent chin. It's hard to test his chin because he's so busy with the jab. Against Prescott, he wasn't using the jab so Prescott just wound up and nailed him. If he fought Prescott again, I'd pick Khan to win a decision.
I think Khan vs Ortiz would be a great fight, but it looks like he wants Maidana next. He absolutely obliterated Paulie.

Khan looked good against Malignaggi and yet still managed to look poor, by this i mean that Malignaggi (who has no power to speak of) managed to back Khan off of him in the early rounds with clean shots, if it would have been anyone with decent power (Bradley, Maidana, Ortiz, Alexander, Peterson, etc.) Khan would have been retreating and holding a hell of a lot more, i'm pretty sold that his chin is shit although his defense has improved drastically, in no way do i consider Khan a p4p fighter nor do i even consider him the best in the division, and honestly a fight between him and Ortiz is about 50/50 at this point, anyone who wants to compare amateurs to what they are now is just blind
on a side note, i thought Ortiz gave a real good performance against a solid (although not elite) opponent, he basically did what he said he would do (in the interview) which was box, he was calm, his defense was a lot tighter, and didn't waste as many punches, IMO if he would have pressed more against Campbell he could have gotten a stoppage from the 9th round on

No i wasn't saying that Khan would beat Ortiz because he beat him in the ams, but it would sure give him confidence. It's not the fact that he beat him, it's the manner in which he did it. Ortiz couldn't cope with his speed and receieved 3 counts. Again anything can happen in a fight but i'm not sold at all on Ortiz.
