I think Kats has achieved enough in the sport to be considered a genuine contender now come on. He's come up short against Casamayor and Juan Diaz but he did punch Casa through the ring.

He's acomplished more than Marcus Rene Maidana and he seems to be the guy everone wants Khan to face now.
