At 34, it is a bummer Dzinziruk didn't break into the world scene until now because the guy seems to have a high boxing IQ and yes, the guy has a crisp jab (Emmanual Stewart probably crapped his pants when he saw it). Santos and Julio are good wins but not great although he dominated both of them. In terms of style, however, they are completely different fighters than Angulo. And as a common opponent, Angulo knocked Julio out, but that says little because Dzinziruk outclassed him too.
Do we know if Dzinziruk has a chin and how has he fared against pressure fighters?
I rate Angulo and I see him knocking out Dzinziruk. But, I can be convinced otherwise. Show me how he fared against a pressure fighter in the past.
I take issue with your post. 54' is actually a deep division. Although Angulo can be outboxed, he is a very capable pressure fighter and he packs a wallop of a punch. At 154, assuming Kirkland's career is over, I'd only favor Martinez and Williams over him. I'd favor him against Dzinziruk, Foreman, Cotto if he remains at 154 after his next fight, Santos, probably Martirosyan, Latimore, and Spinks at this point.
