Love this fight...two reasons & two reasons alone...

#1: Power
#2: Leaky defenses

Both men have power, Taylor is the better boxer...but Lacy is the stronger fighter...more aggressive.

Not many Taylor fans want to take into consideration that my bwoy...little ole Winky hurt Taylor several times...imagine Lacy crackin the fwock outta him.

There again...Taylor's jab would keep Lacy at the end of his fists all night long.

This would be a really really good fight...provided that Taylor moved up.

Good points, but I don't really agree about using Winky vs Taylor in this sense....Winky was able to hurt Taylor with straight left hands, at least once he was actually hurt.. But for the most part Winky was just able to cut off the ring and land combinations, as well as the key factor, he was blocking everything JT threw.... I think it's a far cry to say Lacy would be able to land the same kind of punches, since he certainly wouldn't be avoiding too many himself, isn't as fast, isn't a southpaw, doesn't throw combinations, etc.

I think he could. Taylor doesn't fight well moving backwards as evidenced against Winky. And Lacy is short and has good side to side head movement so I think he could get inside Taylor's jab. And once he's inside and moving forward, I don't think Taylor can stop him. No disrespect to Taylor, but if they did fight, which I hope they do down the line, then I see Taylor landing his fair share but I see Lacy prevailing. Just my opinon though.

that and the fact that Lacy is a "BIG" 168......Taylor may be a "big" 160 but that wouldn't be enough to test Lacy...I don't think he would have the power to back up Lacy so lacy would bull him to the ropes...and...well...Lacy takes out Taylor....

No mate i got you spot on good point, i was referring to Mr America, Northside , sorry about the confusion.

What i was getting at was the fact that Northside was trying to downside Joe because you said he would kill Taylor but didnt seem to mind or want to comment on Lacy turning Taylor to a vegatable,even though Joe beat him up, basically he is a big big Lacy fan who still wont giove Joe any credit for smashing him up.
