Well the more we chew it and mix it with saliva the better off we will be; the less work your gut has to do over the years. Many people these days eat in a rush or are greedy and lump stuff down like a dog,this can have its ill effects later in life.
If you eat food that is alive,especially picked fresh organic, or is freeze dried and still has its living enzymes in it, you will abound in energy. Like uncooked vegetables or fruits juiced and drank. When you cook food you are taking a living organism to a temperature that it couldnt live in naturally that goes for/meat, veg and fruit. So if you dont cook them you are getting life force energy from them instead of eating dead food.![]()
