Celestino Caballero
The Panamanian enters our rankings for the first time, edging out some very tough competition narrowly to take the spot. The Super-Bantamweight king has been desperately looking for the big fights at Featherweight in recent times, but it seems his performance in demolishing Daud Yordan has made prospective foes such as Juan Manuel Lopez, Yuriorkis Gamboa and Rafael Marquez distinctly disinterested in fighting the 5'11 Caballero. It is unclear what is next for him, although there are rumours of a drop back to 122 to face Wilfredo Vazquez Jr or a possible fight with the current top dog at 126, Chris John.
