    I'm a team leader of group that maintains a customer database for a global software company/ninja/ass model.

    I work in microelectronics. We make high thermal conductivity ceramic submounts. I am on the computer all day, so when Autocad program is doing processor intensive stuff, I get on the internet (we have no restrictions). When I'm on the phone with customers or vendors, I get on the internet. When I'm on hold on the phone or waiting for a customer to send an email I'm on the internet.
    For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
