Saving Silverman is a great movie, as is Out Cold probably the 2 most underrated comedies of the 2000s. I'm not making a list or anything though.

Something About Mary is one I always catch on TV and I always watch it.

It might have been the worst movie I have ever seen, which is why I couldn't turn away.

The wrestler. I didn't know what to think till I saw it... honestly, it's great, far better than what I expected but do not expect with load of irony and tragedy, really a must seen.
