England may go on to win this group but this generation/group of players just doesn't seem to work well together. You can blame it all on Lampard and Gerrard not playing well together but it goes beyond that.
A bit shocked to see this much of Shaun Wright-Phillips in the World Cup.

The US MUST win vs Algeria and we certainly can....good news about our yellow card today is that Findley is out and I assume Buddle is in.
Coming in 2nd in this group could be a GREAT thing because it could have us facing off vs Ghana whom we owe some payback.
We need a quality first half and that'll seal it up for us

England should be looking to set up Rooney more, he's having to create for himself. Too many cooks in the kitchen up front? I would start Crouch where they are starting Rooney and put Rooney at Lamparts spot, he can come off the bench. He has been hogging the ball and taking shitty shots IMO.

As a United fan, I fucking love Wayne Rooney.
Fair play he has been utter shite in the world cup but this, after the game, was brilliant.

well thats left me feeing depressed. I can stomache a poor performance, god knows we've seen enough of them, I can stomache things not going your way, but that was disgracefull.
I agree in part with Oggie. We should drop any expectation we have and replace it with a luke warm hope. We should have been making the last 8 at a canter, now Im not confident we'll make it out of the group.
I cant even muster up the will to name an 11 to play the next game. Lennon, Wright Phillips, Lampard wouldnt be in it.
I hope the fan who breached security got a few things off his chest, they need the fuck gun fired into them.
