FIFA (like the UN) have this idiotic idea that "everyone" must be represented regardless of how good or poor they actually are....it's idiotic. You wouldn't let a SAL league Ump do the World Series, you wouldn't let an MLS ref do the Champions League Finals, and you shouldn't let this idiot from Mali ref the World Cup!!!!
