Morrison had a chance at the time...considering Holyfield KO'd Mike, I think Tommy would have a good shot at fighting Mike closer than everyone thinks. I also think Ray Mercer would have given Tyson a VERY tough fight.

Yeah Lennox had a good shot a beating him when he was ready to fight for titles...everyone talks about when they were both in their primes but their primes were at LEAST 5 years apart

Well miles I hate to bring it up but Floyd Patterson had the same style and he got bothered by the same type of fighters that Tyson got bothered with. The STYLE had flaws, Tyson used it in an awesome manner but it was not without flaws.
1) it shortened punches (good only if you fight in close)
2) it only works while moving forward

So by that rational a good jab and tying up on the inside for 12 rounds wins fights vs the D'mato style.
