Lesnar vs Carwin, Josh Barnett picks Lesnar

LEsnar is vulnerable against good shots. Mir did hit him straight once or twice and it did seem to unsettle him for a couple of seconds. He doesn't have the striking skills for sure,if Carwin can remain standing, he'll soundly beat him. However, if Lesnar brings him to the mat... his 265 pounds of muscle will be VERY difficult to get through and Carwin will get tired in the meantime. I think Carwin has very good chances if he can be aggressive and land punches galore.

This could be over as soon as it begins. Both guys have bombs in those hands, and both have proved they can get caught and wobbled - Carwin more so by Gonzaga, he did look worse than what Lesnar ever has in the octagon. Carwin is also a very good wrestler, just Lesnar is that little bit better imo. The stand up game is where this fight will be won. Dont think the is anyone in the UFC HW division that hits harder than Brock. His jab knocks people off balance and followed up by that big right could see Carwin KO'ed, but same could be said of Cariwn and his power.

Im actually leaning towards Carwin in this one. I predict he will stop Brock

I could end up with egg on my face because Brock all round is the more talented guy. He will be bigger and might just wear Carwin down if he stays on top of him- literally.

But I think a year out against a monster like Carwin is bad news. Shane is going to be dangerous and Brock will get a surprise if he tries to tarde with him. Leaning towards a Carwin 2nd round KO but anything is possible in this fight and thats what makes it a great match up.
