F-him, I hope he never gets it back (but I'm sure he will eventually). That SOB is lucky he isn't in jail. I can't believe the California commission wouldn't turn over evidence to the police to investigate (probably be they would see how much they screwed it up). He should have been jailed for attempted assault at least.
May not be the most popular but can see that they wouldnt over rule one way or another Ca. Think the kicker is the lawsuit mentioned as reason they have not gone to Ca ?
