    perfect.. thanks

I got one rubber 6 lb medicine ball, I'm just going to have to pick up another one and I'm on my way.

By the way, Scrap, I'm going to try your elastic rope techniques tomorrow when I get back from work. Both, the one displayed in the lateral movement video and the two from the fast hands video. I'll let you know how it goes.. any final tips or advice before I give them a shot?

With the right type of rubber glue etc it would be possible to fill your basketballs with cement/sand and turn them into medicine balls.

And I agree Scrap, sounds like a nice foot massage, gonna be sat at work for 7 hours now... most of that will be spent with a small dumbell massage the soles of my feet.

    Great myofascial release

Scrap, what size Diameter is that roller in the first part of the video?

Also does the weight of the roller matter?

edit: also for the balls exercise, I'm using 2 basketballs right now, as I cant afford to buy two medicine balls at the moment...it's tough they weigh 1.35 lb each and have a circumference of 30 inches.. hopefully that's not too big and too light.. overtime I will probably go out and buy 2 medicine balls... it's hell balancing on these damn basketballs

8 inch, but you can get away with 6 inch, or use wooden ones, and cover them with an old tyre innertube of a car
