Mayweather has ducked Pacquiao now and it's still the same old

I have no real desire to see Pac fight Arum stablehorses. Margarito is a dirty cheat and Pac has already beaten Cotto. Why not Williams, Martinez or even Bradley. These are all preferable fights for me. As for Mayweather? Well, he has comeback and beaten a LW and a seriously inactive and old Mosley.

I couldn't care less about him and his career. He has made his choices and they will reflect on him when it's all over. His career at the higher weights has been smoke and mirrors as far as I am concerned.
    Agreed !

Mayweather is a PUSSY and scared of Manny, this is now plain and clear for all to see !

I 2nd the notion that this thread is going to get very interesting (or verbally violent).

I don't even know what to think anymore. I used to think both promoters were just delaying to build up hype, then I started to think Mayweather is the one delaying it himself cause of his massive ego, now I'm starting to believe it has something to do with Roger and his charges. In the end, I'm just losing interest and am tired off all the BS that's going along with making this damn fight happen already. If they won't fight each other, throw them in the ring with someone so we can see them in some shape or form. They're both getting old and all this posturing is taking time away from seeing these two all-time greats.

....on one hand this is supposidly the biggest fight ever. The two best, all time great fight blah blah, then in the same breath the same people call the guy a pussy a ducker so on. If floyd is so horrible and people discredit and hate the guy so much. Then what's the big deal ? Get off floyds nutsacks and let manny fight someone else. Floyd's crap so hype up another better fight and fighter. All the floyd being scared or pac for the matter is silly. Why would floyd be any more scared of pac than he is anyone else ?? He could loose to anyone he fights. If he were scared he wouldn't fight at all. This is a sport of inches mitchell, judah, baldo, oscar, ricky any of these guys could have beat him. So screw floyd let pac fight margo or cotto, everyone thinks those fights would be better since floyd is supposidly scared, then let's move on.

Gotta agree.Too old and too cynical for this diva runway walk by these guys.Might be off topic but this is a part of why I'm becoming more convinced that "24/7" features and the like are not really good for boxing in the long run. What we have playing out here is a reality show of the worst kind.Way too much posing for the camera...it's all become a catch phrase.Just fight....or move outta tha way!

I'm not a Floyd fan, far from it, but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt till after his uncle's court case on 2nd August - let's be honest you wouldn't want to prepare for biggest fight of your career without your trainer

but if Roger gets off and then the fight is still not made I will let rip some serious verbals

This is so old and boring, this is not boxing discussion, this is soap opera discussion. I hope that Pac gets a diff opponent quickly. Then retires so we can all say Mayweather ducked him and hang that over his career forever.

I always gave Floyd the benefit of the doubt when it came to his opponents (except Marquez) but if either man goes without this fight, it will hurt Floyd's legacy more. That's just my opinion. Even though Floyd stood in the shadows, Pac and his team made it very clear how much they wanted this fight. Now Floyd can continue to use the "all roads leads to Floyd Mayweather," "I don't call anyone out, they call me out," or "I'm not looking behind me, I'm on top" lines he wants cause Pac is the one giving in to Floyd's ego.

I really really hope all this delaying is cause of Roger's case...

Well floyd has legit resons for not wanting to fight anyone at the mo what with Roger's legal problems.

Floyd is still the best pound for pound fighter on the planet. If pac wanted this fight he should have taken it months back instead of shitting himself about the drug tests and backing out to fight clottey.

This could easily go down in history as the greatest fight that never happened. If Roger doesn't go to prison Floyd will be ready to fight but something tells me pacquiao won't be. One of the combatants will always some issue that will keep them apart.

I'd be very interested to see what floyd does if roger get's sent down. He may retire.

Did that reason come from Floyd or his team or is it your assumption? Just asking.

A day or two ago another article came out on ESPN boxing where Leonard Ellerbe challenged Arum to tell him when did negotiations took place recently specially after Arum is saying everything about the blood tests have been agreed and then refusing to go into details. We all know Bob Arum is not really your most honest person out there (a guy who defends a cheat, go figure). I am not sure who to really trust in all this or who's saying the truth or lying.

People said Floyd was afraid of ODLH, after some long drama, they met in the ring. People said Floyd was avoiding Mosley and after going back and forth, they met in the ring.
