I never pay for any fights i haven't for years, i just think its pointless. With all the streams and download links, unless your going there live to watch it. I don't see the point in spending any money at all.

well here boxing is a family thing, so on huge fights that we really want to see we order the PPV (which is maybe about 3 or 4 times a year), and now well we basically just split up the bill so it's not as bad, and well we basically have a bbq and so on with the whole family lol, only fights we ordered this year were Vazquez Jr Vs Sonsona and Mayweather Vs. Mosley, if Lopez Vs. R. Marquez ends up on PPV (and not showtime) well we'll order it, same goes with Cotto/Mayweather

yea here it's me, my cousins, my uncles, my dad a bit (he's not as into it as he was before, basically been like that since Trinidad went down hill lol) so it's a pretty big group

I remember talking to POB about the same thing a while back.

I have literally no one to watch fights with, so I never buy PPV's; it just doesn't make any sense. None of my friends really like boxing, though one of them says he'll buy the never-gonna-happen Pac - PBF fight, so I just sit in front of the computer and watch the streams. If I had a group of people who were interested in coming over to watch a PPV together I might change my tune.

However, none of that changes what a ridiculously tough customer Tony is. If you think he's gonna stand there all night and let Manny potshot him, I think you have another thing coming. This will be a tough competetive fight for Pac and I wouldn't want to bet on it. Tony has a great chin, great reach, plenty of power, and when he fights tall it's gonna be quite a reach for Manny. This one goes the distance.

This will be a tough competetive fight for Pac and I wouldn't want to bet on it. Tony has a great chin, great reach, plenty of power, and when he fights tall it's gonna be quite a reach for Manny. Margarito doesn't fight tall though, he slouches and is incredibly easy to hit, although he did look a wee bit better defensively last time out, he's slow, he plods forward and his power looked below average last time out and that was against a tomato can, Pacquiao is too fast, a wider variety of punches than Tony, he puts combinations together and given how slow Margarito is Manny will be in and out before Margarito lands anything of worth, Pacquiao stops him around the 10th

If we assume, and we shouldn't, that Margarito didn't cheat against Cotto, Cintron, or Clottey, THAT version of Margarito poses a good test for Pacquiao. He's the biggest, strongest, volume-throwing opponent Pacquiao has faced. Otherwise, Pacquiao will beat him like he beat him like he beat Cotto.

Is this at 154 and why?I'm not ready to say how well Manny will do there.He may just go to the well one to many times with rising weight.Margarito,eh,hey its going to happen all finger waging and opinion aside.Boycott it totally or not.I'd imagine a few would pay top dollar to see Tony get beat up but think in this case that is far from a giving.He's been at 154 prior and I believe he was actually on his way to stopping Santos before the tech d.He'll sacrifice speed which is no surprise and has never been quick on the draw in the first place.While there is mainly one gear he could stand to be the most offensive minded guy Manny has faced in quite some time no doubt.Likewise should the weight suit Pac he'll find an inviting target who wont back up unless he's falling over.This can turn into one brutal train wreck of a fight before its over with both taking damage early but Manny must be smart,moving and that hand speed should carry the night for Dec.w

It may be worth noting that Im also assuming a slightly different version of Tony shows up on this mega-fight night. A Tony once again on the world stage with something to prove and critics to silence. If the right Tony shows up, if he has enough passion left to resurrect his image, (and I think a huge night vs Pac will bring him out if anything does) then Manny is gonna be in for a loooong night.

But yes, if the new and embarassed and humiliated Tony shows up like we saw most recently, Pac has him handily. My gut says this is Tony's last hurrah and he knows it. I think you'll see his A game November.

that's the thing, who's to know what his "A Game" is, for all we know he cheated in all of his biggest fights, i honestly don't rate him any higher than a B level fighter now, and i was one of the guys defending him when all the accusations first started coming forward, but the evidence is there, and the dude is a cheat, IMO Pac smashes him and stops him by the 10th, and he'll do so easily

The only thing worse than floyd fighting smaller guys is smaller guys forcing guys below thier weight to fight them. As if there aren't enough divisions already. Next they'll say takedowns and choke out's are legal in every other round too.
