Angulos about 2 steps ahead of Kirk as far as opposition but they have yet to step in the ring against a top rated contender. Me personally I didn't think much of Alcine.

I think either one has yet to be tested and let's not forget that Julio was clearly outboxing Angulo. IMO that is Angulos low point that he can be outboxed.
