Hes got to fight one good fight, attract more attention to him self, make the fight look spectacular, which will draw more crowds, sponsors, coverage, and more importantly what the Bro's want the most...United state respect and recognition.

There is with out a doubt the #1 goal of any boxer is to fight in NYC stadium, or rather any United states Atheletic arena to a full, sold out show with 60-80k in attendance, and this will not happen with just the Klit bro alone, and quite frankly Haye has not created a big splash yet state side.

Lenox lewis had to go through hell and back to gain the respect and recognition in the states and in my opion hes by far way more talented than Hayes is
Obviously not been doing your research, Haye v Valuev did 800,000 ppv buys in the uk at £15.00 a pop, so that fight alone without HBO did £12 million quid. So there is the reason Haye is a big draw.

I wasn't aware of that. Do you mind providing me with the link to a source? I wanted to show this to a few buddies of mine.

But what ever the case is, From a financial point of view Hayes may be a prospect for a 50/50 but there lies one problem, and thats what happens when or if Klit knocks him out or wins.
Hayes career will be in jeapordy with out a doubt, and hes fully aware of that in my opinion, Im sure who ever is advising the man, told him listen you need to build up your carrer and etc.
    Think about it?
your Hayes, youve ran your mouth so much and promoted, only to lose. Not as history has proven Oscar boy, has put on crappy fights each and every time he promotes a fight for him self and they were all major fights. (regardless of excuses) but what holds up oscar is the fact that hes got a strong base in the states!

Mike tyson said David hayes is not ready for the Klit Bros and should focus on building his career state wide, which I agree on.

Slipped huh? Is that what that was? Seemed to me Chicken Little was caught off balance and "the punch caused him to go down" and looking at how judges and refs are SUPPOSED to score knockdowns that seemed like a perfect example of a knockdown. Was he hurt? Not until the follow up while he was sitting down, but hell he has been hurt so many times in his career who's counting?

The Klitscho's are desperate to fight Haye, they know they need him to round off their legacy and also it is the biggest fight they have available.

They can fill 60,000 seats in the home town, great. Kevin Mitchell did 40,000 and look at his standard! hometown crowd numbers are great, but Haye vs Klitchso would sell out any arena worldwide.

Would the Klits fill a stadium in the UK or US? I don't think so. Would Haye? (in Germany or US) I think he probably would.

The Klits are massive draws in Eastern Europe, Haye is a draw worldwide and that is down to the way he has run his mouth and created interest

Deserved or not, the people are more interested in Haye than the Klits.

It's a shame Haye appears to have bottled it as I think he had a genuine chance against Vitali, I think it would have been Valuev 2.

On a seperate note, won't Haye been forced to fight a mandatory soon if he stays out of the ring for much longer?

Where do you get this notion that Chicken Little is a "Worldwide draw"? Or that the Klitschko's can't get people to their fights in the US?

It must be very painful for you to accept this lyle, but just like Ricky Hatton had, Haye has travelling support. People from the UK who'll go anywhere to watch him box. I know you yanks don't get behind your fighters in the same way but that is the fact of it.

Haye is the draw in heavy weight boxing. Both klits know this but more importantly Booth and haye know that. So if the klits want the money, the fight, and to be back on PPV they're going to have to show more respect around the negotiating table and stop asking for a cut of the uk PPV revenue. The klits keep the PPV from there end Haye keeps the PPV from his and this fight would be made.

    Simples.

Best Haye crowd: 18 000. Best Klitschko audience: between 50 to 80k. Enough for that, especially because Haye hasn't proven much yet to the HW if beating a washed off Ruiz and Valuev who should have lost big time against A finished Real Deal and a Jean Francois Bergeron.

Who has fought repeatedly in a packed Madison Square Garden? ......THANK YOU.

Fans of the Diva get more and more delusional (just like with Hatton)

I'm not daft enough to think Haye will definatley beat either Klit, but I do know that worldwide, more people would be interested in watching a Haye fight than any Klit outing.

The Klitches are the better fighters based on past fights, repuation and title holdings. But the fact is people do find them boring, that is the truth and everyone knows it.

Don't confuse this with their skills. They are both world class fighters, but unfortuantley people aren't that interested in them (other than locally)

If Haye and Vitali both had fights on in vegas, one in the MGM and the other say in the Madalay, more people would want to watch Haye I'm sure of it. Where do I get this idea from? Various forums that have worldwide posters, they all say the same thing.

Hayes potential and mostly his mouth excites people.

Interesting......"People aren't that interested in seeing them fight (other than locally)", what am I? A giraffe?

Also you basically make a point that boxing should be less about SKILL and more about HYPE...go watch the WWE for that!

I think your rose tinted glasses helped you misread my post.

Rightly or wrongly, people are bored of the brothers. Maybe they are too good for their own good, but it doesn't hide the fact that despite them being excellent boxers, people just don't like them. People respect what they have achieved, but they still don't like them.

Where as Haye, no one respects what he has achieved, but people are interested in him. This isn't just a UK thing, but worldwide people are interested in him.

I thought you would have realised by now that the hype and promotion is a huge part of boxing. It's not what counts in the ring, but as Haye has shown, do it right and it will get you places far quicker.

I've not once defended Haye and his running, I was making a point about the attention he has created. But you are too one sided to see anything other than an attack on your precious bro's.

Also just because you sell out a 20K seat arena doesn't automatically mean you will sell out an 80K seat stadium.

Who's never had a fight on HBO?

Its no shame that Hatton was British the shame is that his fans were jackasses (a very loud minority of them)
