You think that the John Ruiz that was 38 years old and 3-3 in his last 6 fights "could easily be argued as being a better opponent than anyone Wlad has ever fought"? I don't speak for everyone else, but I have to disagree I think Wlad has fought some dangerous and very difficult opponents.

Oh here we go..... Tony "the Gay Tiger" Thompson. The second greatest HW in history after Wlad of course. Yes it was an epic battle and a really tough challenge. Anyone who thinks it was a boring fight between 2 scared bitches who were too frightened of being KO'd just know nothing about boxing

Good you've decided to be sarcastic and demeaning for a second there I thought you were going to try and explain what made Nicolay Valuev so great or how Monte Barrett had just reached his peak when he fought Chicken Little as opposed to being young and inexperienced when he fought Wladimir.

Tony Thompson is a decent fighter he had only lost 1 time before he fought Wlad and that was in his 5th fight. But I was thinking more along the lines of undefeated Ruslan Chagaev, Sam Peter, etc.

But whatever, I guess I'll just be happy Wlad never has to set foot in the ring with the likes of Enzo Maccarinelli (ooooh scary scary)

Chagaev, Ibragimov and Chambers were much more of a threat than Ruiz at this stage of his career and the sole fact that Haye got rocked bad by a washed up Barrett should raise a lot of question marks. Beside, I don't believe Haye would fill Wimbledon at all otherwise they would have thrown him in there against Valuev.

p:s there was never 20 000 for the Ruiz fight, Lyle's correct, it was 18 000 David Haye vs John Ruiz - Fight Report

When was Haye badly rocked against Barrett? He slipped at one point and got hit whilst he was on the floor. He then got up and finished the fight. I wish the retards on here would watch fights rather than just read Lyle's bullshit reports on fights.
