Nobody disputes Abraham messed up by hitting Dirrell but Andre had a choice and he took the easy way out. not what you wana see from a young fighter

Agreed, although the decision Dirrell made was a split second one, and he had to go with it once he decided he was 'knocked out'.

Maybe if he had longer to think about it, he'd have realised how much of an idiot he would have looked. The only thing that was more ridiculous than the leg twitching was listening to Showtime's WWE/Jim Ross style commentary. It was reminiscent of when The Undertaker locked The Ultimate Warrior in that coffin and everyone fought he was dead.

Dirrel should not be removed, but I think he is my least favorite part about this tournament.

And your boy Froch is not all that great either. He needs to take a note from Margarito or Maidana, by learning how to effectively cut off the ring against skilled defensive fighters. If he was effective against fighters who could move, it would make the tournament a little more interesting.

im not saying froch is the most gifted boxer, and im not siding with him in particular

all the other boxers in the tournament have given us entertainment including Taylor

dirrell did everything to make the froch fight a dull fight, and yes he was on the way to redeeming (spelling) himself in the abraham fight, but then he did what he did

Abraham should have been dq'd either way for hitting after the guy is down. It shouldn't have mattered whether Dirrell was out or not. In my opinion, he wasn't acting either. He was hurt.

This is a stupid post. Is Dirrell the most fun to watch? No. Was his fight versus Froch a disgrace? Yes. Does he need to redeem himself against Ward? Yes. But, he is in it at this point as much as the next guy.

LOL i remember that Ono i was so young at the time, i actually used to really like wrestling back in the day. Although i grew out of it when i was like 13.

I don't like Andre Dirrell but he did beat Carl Froch, and it was Arthur Abraham's fault whether Andre Dirrell acted or not.

I ran out of the house crying. I actually thought he was dead. I only cheered up when the Ice Cream man came round.

Yeah agreed on Abraham. It was still his fault, and the decision was the correct one.
