The very fact he said it will be in Dubai means he has absolutely no intentions whatsoever of fighting anytime soon. Take that to the bank.

If I were a promoter in Dubai, I would know all he would have to do is match the offer to fight in Las Vegas and use the words "Tax Protection". The IRS is a real sore in Mayweather's side and I'm sure Pacquiao wouldn't mind not having to pay tax in the Philippines or on a US based fight. 30% of $100 Million dollar purse is a big incentive for both fighters. I know no one wants to beleive it for fear of being let down again but there is a real possibility that a fight between the two could happen in November, if the report is true.

Oh geeezuusss floyd who gives a fuck.......if i hear anymore, i'm gonna, i will, we might, this is going to happen, this might happen etc, i'm going to scream. When a fight is made let us know other than that the whole circus is old. Oh Oh floyd tied his shoes yesterday.....the left one first let's report it !!! Floyd is a part of boxing and i realize some stuff needs to be reported but the constant teasing is almost as irritating as seeing fans fall for it.
