Could Khan possibly outbox and tko Maidana, yes he can, could Khan get a UD against Maidana, well of course that's another possibility.

The myriad of questions are what happens when Maidana lands a flush shot on Khan's chin? Why does Roach want to build up a fight and avoid Maidana right now if he's so easy to take?

The answer of course all points to Khan's chin.

very good post

think you could make a reasonable argument for khan being dominant in every single attribute that the sport of boxing requires

But marcos is a natural born fighter with a very good pedigree and loves to get into a good scrap. This will be another test for khan in america, last time out he fought the technician with fast hands, now he is going up against the brawler with a big punch.
Agree. Khan has it all except for the chin. Even Sugar Ray Leonard said it himself after the '04 Olympics that Khan could be the next himself, of course this was before Khan's chin was exposed in fights with Willie Limond and Prescott and whoever else that floored him.

If Khan had say Pacman's chin, his potential in this sport would be out of this world and imo he would be the heir as the next great superstar of this sport once Manny and Floyd retires or start declining in ability. He has the speed, power, mobility, boxing skills, the frame to move up multiple weight divisions, and the marketability to attract the masses like Leonard and De La Hoya, but that potential is severely being impacted by what looks to be a shitty chin.

It's a damn shame, and I'm being fair about that assessment.
