As for Martinez v Burns, I've only got one clear winner in Martinez, Burns will try hard for the early rounds with the home support right behind him, but class will out in the middle rounds in my view.

Goes to show what the f**k I know. Burns showed more than I ever thought possible, and Martinez just didn't seem to be able to get more that rattling Burns every now and again. I still thought Burns seemed to sit on the ropes and take shots he didn't have to, but well done to him, I had him by four.

Martinez just looks dejected, and Burns seems to be the most surprised person in the building! Awesome that boxing is back in the primetime slot on Sky again, and what a way to kick it off.

Great fight. Credit to Burns, he fought very well for the most part, Martinez was just looking for bombs from the the beginning, he looked a very average and sloppy fighter in there. I never thought Burns had a performance like that in him, very smooth and technically sound, although he didn't seem to know what to do when Martinez landed some of the bigger shots, instead of holding on he tried to throw back. Great way to kick off the new boxing season on Sky
